Remote and hybrid working models are increasingly becoming the norm, providing flexibility in when and where to work almost a standard. Remote working, even though flexible, has its disadvantages and people start to see tangible benefits of collaboration and person-to-person connections. In a survey, 74% of employees cited camaraderie, community, or connection as the number one reason for coming to the office (*Source: Future Forum Pulse survey, February 2023).
